One of the strong challenges to the Real Estate Group is centred on Quality Management, a criteria it applies to all the projects it caries out. The basis of its business model are the clients, and it endeavours to provide these with personalised, exclusive attention.
The management is aware of the importance of quality based management, as well as the effort involved in establishing, maintaining and improving this, and undertakes to ensure the human, financial and material resources necessary to comply with the requirements of the Organisation Management System.
Thus, in order to gain information on the needs and expectations of our clients and comply with the quality, the prices and the periods agreed to with them, Grupo Lábaro:
- Submits to the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 Norm (Quality Management Systems), by identifying areas of improvement and establishing programmes sustained by teamwork.
- Moreover, audits are made periodically by the organisation itself and externally by AENOR, which certify the correct implementation of the system.
Grupo Lábaro also has the ASPRIMA (Association of Real Estate Promoters of Madrid) Seal of Quality, which guarantees our clients that the sale-purchase contracts are adapted to the legislation in force concerning the protection of consumers.
